Because Command + S Apparel is a small business where items are often made to order, items are non-refundable. Please read below for further info on exchanges.
If you decide you'd like to exchange your item:
If we have made a mistake (i.e. product has a defect or is the wrong size from what was ordered), then we will cover the shipping costs for the exchange. If you would like to exchange your item for personal reasons (i.e. the size you ordered doesn't fit right, etc.) then you, the customer, will have to cover shipping label costs. Shipping labels at the post office for apparel items usually cost between $4-$12, depending on weight.
If your package is damaged:
If package is damaged by USPS, please contact us for further instructions at firstname.lastname@example.org!
If your package is lost:
If the package is shown as not delivered and was lost at a USPS warehouse, please contact email@example.com!
In the event that USPS delivered the package but it was stolen, the shop is not responsible for a refund or replacement. You can always file a claim with USPS as well at: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
