What is the print quality like?
All of our shirts are screen printed at a local print shop. We do this to ensure the best print quality- these are not vinyl press ons that will peel in the wash. We want you to enjoy your audio merch for a long time! To prolong the life of your screen print tee, we recommend washing on cold or delicate cycles, and hang drying. Wash inside out with like colors, and do not bleach. DO NOT iron directly over the design.
All stickers are printed on durable vinyl that protect your stickers from scratches, water & sunlight (so if you want to put them on a water bottle and send it through the dishwasher you totally can!).
How much does shipping cost?
If you are ordering domestically, shipping is $7.00. If ordering internationally, it varies depending on weight and location. You can always add to cart and head to the shipping page to get an idea of shipping costs!
How long does it take for an item to be shipped out?
Usually 2-3 business days, unless the order is placed on the weekend or over a holiday. In those cases, it may take just a day or two longer for post. Certain items that are made to order may require longer shipping times, which will be specified in the product description.
I got a shipping notification, but my item tracking hasn't updated!
USPS sometimes takes a minute to scan in an item and update the tracking info. Especially with the ongoing shortages, it has been a little slower getting on a truck to get to you. USPS also announced a 1-2 day delay with all First Class packages starting October 1st, 2021 in order to increase dependability. So if it hasn't updated for a few days, don't panic! If it hasn't updated in over a week, feel free to shoot us an email!
Can I change an order after it has been placed?
If you email us before we ship your order, yes it is possible to exchange sizes or addresses. If you email after it has already been shipped, then it's not possible to change (usually 24 hours); however, we cannot guarantee any updates if notified more than 4 hours after the time of purchase. Please make sure to put in your correct size and address information to avoid any delays!
What if I need to make an exchange?
If we sent you the wrong size from what you ordered, please shoot us an email at email@example.com so that we can send you a return shipping label. Once USPS confirms the package is en route, we will ship out the correct item to you!
If you ordered an item but decide you'd like to exchange sizes (i.e. too big or too small) you will need to purchase a return label in order to ship the item back to us. Please email us so that we can ensure you receive the correct return address for the label! Once we receive the item in the mail, we will ship out your new item and tracking will be provided to you.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide*. Please be aware that you may be required to pay additional customs/duty fees just depending on what country you are ordering from. Make sure to enter your correct email and phone number at checkout so that customs may contact you if any taxes are due on delivery. Command + S Apparel is not responsible for any customs/additional fees. Check with your local customs office if you have any questions about these fees!
*There are some countries that are not currently accepting certain mail from the US due to the ongoing shortages or other world events. Click here to learn if your country is impacted by these suspensions.
We currently do not offer shipping to the following countries:
- The Gaza Strip region in Palestine
- North Korea
Okay, I ordered from outside the US, and my order has sat at my local post office for a long time!
If you order internationally, there's a chance you need to pay customs on this package. This may be due to strict import laws in your country, and it varies worldwide. These fees are separate from Command + S and so we unfortunately have no control over them. If you notice that your package is at your local post and not moving, give them a call and see if there are any duty taxes that need to be paid in order to receive your package. Oftentimes it will be a small percentage of the total value. If the item is described as 'attempted delivery' it may be that the post needs these fees paid (or an address verification) before they can deliver the package.
I ordered from the UK and my tracking hasn't updated since it left the US!
Once your package leaves the US and makes it to the UK, the tracking will be transferred to Royal Mail. This can add a few extra days to the delivery. Make sure to enter your correct phone number and email at checkout so that the mail service can contact you regarding any taxes/fees that may need to be paid. Typically any order under 150 euros will owe taxes, while any order over 150 euros will owe both taxes and duty fees. For any specific questions regarding these fees, you should contact Royal Mail or contact individual country tax authorities directly.
